Content, Captured: Terms and Conditions

Thursday 5 November 2026, The ReStore Space, Serpentine WA

By booking a place at Content, Captured, you agree to the terms below. They exist so we both know where we stand, and so the day runs smoothly for everyone in the room.

Your booking

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received and you’ve had a confirmation email from me. Places are limited to 8 and are allocated in order of payment.

The $249 founding price applies to this workshop only. Future workshops will be priced differently.

You’ll receive an email a few days before with final details, what to bring and directions to the venue.

Changes and cancellations by you

Your place is held for you from the moment you book. Materials are printed, the venue is paid for, and with only 8 seats a late cancellation usually can’t be filled. For that reason, tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend.

What I can offer instead:

  • Transfer your place to someone else. You’re welcome to send another woman in your place at any time, right up to the morning of the workshop, at no extra cost. Just email me her name and contact details.

  • Transfer your place to a future workshop. If you let me know more than 7 days before, I’ll move your ticket to the next Content, Captured workshop. This can be done once.

Inside 7 days, or if you don’t arrive on the day, your ticket can’t be refunded or transferred to a future date, but you can still send someone in your place.

If something serious happens in your life, please talk to me. I’d rather hear from you and work something out than have you quietly lose your money.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the workshop isn’t delivered as described, you're entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. The policy above applies to change of mind and to circumstances where you’re simply unable to attend.

Changes and cancellations by me

I need a minimum of 4 participants for the workshop to go ahead. If numbers don’t reach that, or if illness, venue issues or circumstances beyond my control mean I have to cancel or postpone, you’ll be offered a place at the rescheduled date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

I’m not able to cover travel, accommodation or other costs you’ve arranged around the workshop, so please keep that in mind when booking anything non-refundable.

I may make small changes to the schedule, content or materials where it improves the day.

On the day

Doors open at 9:50am and we start at 10am. Please arrive on time, as the early part of the session sets up everything that follows and I can’t repeat it for late arrivals.

Please let me know in advance of any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, injuries or health conditions I should be aware of, so I can make the day work for you.

Tripods, lights and phone mounts are provided for use during the workshop. Please treat them with care. If equipment is damaged through careless or deliberate misuse, I may ask you to cover the cost of replacement.

This workshop is for adults. Children and additional guests can’t be accommodated, as places and materials are prepared per participant.

Photography, filming and privacy

Everyone in the room will be filming, and I’ll be taking photographs during the day for my own marketing.

  • I’ll ask for your written consent before using any image or footage of you. You can say no, and it won’t affect your experience of the day in any way.

  • You can change your mind about that consent at any time. Just email me and I’ll stop using the material going forward.

  • What you film of yourself is entirely yours to use however you like.

  • Please don’t photograph, film or share images of other participants without asking them directly first.

  • Some people share personal things in this workshop. What’s said in the room stays in the room.

Your materials

The workbook, reflection journal, frameworks and resources are provided for your personal use in your own business. Please don’t copy, resell, share or teach them as your own.

You’re absolutely welcome to use everything you learn in your own business, forever.

Safety and responsibility

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing on the day. Please film within your own physical comfort and ability, take breaks when you need them, and let me know if something doesn’t feel right.

Parking is on the grass at the front of the venue. Please drive and park carefully, and keep an eye on the ground underfoot.

What this workshop is and isn't

Content, Captured is educational. I’ll teach you practical skills and share what’s worked for me and my clients, but I can’t guarantee any particular result, audience growth, engagement or income from applying what you learn.

This workshop touches on confidence and visibility, and some people find that brings things up. It’s not therapy or counselling, and I’m not a mental health professional. If something surfaces that needs more support than a workshop can give, please reach out to someone qualified.

Your information

I’ll collect your contact details and the answers you give when booking so I can run the day well. I won’t sell or share your information, and I’ll only add you to my mailing list if you’ve said yes to that.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under Australian Consumer Law.
